Doctoral Program Information Sessions
The UCLA Department of Information Studies encourages applicants and prospective doctoral applicants to attend an Information Meeting. At the meeting, Doctoral Program Committee faculty representatives, current students, and the IS Student Affairs Officer will present an overview of the program, and then respond to questions regarding the PhD in Information Studies, degree requirements, program structure, the information science profession, and the admissions process.
ABSOLUTE DEADLINE: December 10, 2012. All items must be received or postmarked by that date.

Two meetings will be held for prospective applicants for fall 2013 entry:
- Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 5:30 pm in the Second Floor Salon of the GSE&IS Building
- Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 5:30 pm in the Room 228 of the GSE&IS Building
