1. Open the DVD-R/RW drive (the top drive on the console) by pressing the black button under the drive. Insert a blank or rewriteable CD and close the drive by pushing the black button again.
2. A CD Drive E menu will pop up. Select Add Files using Roxio Creator Data. Click OK.
3. If pop-up box asks you to register, click Cancel, choose Don't show me this again, and then click OK.

4. From the Roxio Creator DE tool that pops up, click Data Disc in the right panel.

5. The CD name will default to "Volume Label". If you wish to rename your CD, click on "Volume Label" under the "Add Data" button and type the name you wish to use.

6. Click on the Add Data button and choose Add Files from the menu that appears.

7. In the folder browser window, choose your Z: drive from the drop down box at the top. Then choose the folder in which the data you wish to burn is stored. (Usually Documents)
8. Select the file you want to burn to highlight it. To highlight multiple files, hold down the Ctrl key while you left-click with the mouse.
9. Once all of your desired files are highlighted, click ADD.

10. If you need to add files from multiple folders, you may repeat steps 6-9. When all the files you want to burn are shown on the Data Disc screen, click the BUTTON in the lower right corner of the window to begin burning the CD.

11. The DVD-R/RW drive will eject when the CD is finished burning. To verify that the burn process went smoothly, leave the CD in the drive and close it again. Then open your My Computer folder, and double-click on the DVD-RW Drive to check the contents.
12. Eject your CD by pushing the black button under the CD drive. Don’t forget to take your CD with you!
